Account Executive (Remote)

We are hiring several Account Executives to join our rapidly growing sales team to help with deal sizes ranging from $50k-$2M. The ideal candidate will have talent in outbound SaaS sales, able to achieve balance between independence and a results-driven approach, and is motivated and reliable. You’ll be directly responsible for the expansion of our customer base, working closely with new prospects to educate them on our product offerings and help them grow their business through the addition of our software solutions. The goal is to find opportunities and turn them into long-term profitable relationships based on trust and mutual satisfaction.


Surefront is a cloud-based collaboration app built to bring retailers and suppliers together through Unified Collaboration Management (UCM). Our solution bridges ERPs, PLMs, PIMs and other enterprise systems with a streamlined solution that keeps all of your work in one place so you can save time better spent on growing sales and increasing margin.


Responsibilities

  • Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal

  • Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships

  • Present products to prospective clients

  • Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication

  • Ability to grow rapport and relationships with potential clients

  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation

  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an outbound Account Executive, or in other sales/customer service role in SaaS

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience selling to commercial and/or enterprise sized customers

  • Familiarity with the Sandler Selling System or similar

  • Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles

  • Outstanding knowledge of CRM software (eg. HubSpot) is a plus

  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships

  • Organizational and time-management skills

  • Enthusiastic and passionate

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing

  • CA or AZ permanent resident

  • $75K base + $75K variable for $150K OTE
